Vitamin Smoothie
Ingredients
| 1 banana, peeled and chopped | 100g frozen mixed berries |
| 1 orange, peeled and chopped | 100ml pomegranate juice |
| 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped | 100ml orange juice |
Method
Put all the ingredients in the blender and whizz them together. Serve immediately.
Cranberry, Blood Orange & Pomegranate Juice
Ingredients
| 5 blood oranges | Honey – optional, to taste |
| 100g fresh cranberries | Cinnamon, to serve |
| 2 pomegranates |
Method
Extract the juice from all the fruit and blend together. Taste and add honey if required to counteract the natural bitterness of the fresh cranberries. Serve with a pinch of cinnamon.
Exotic Fruit Juice
Ingredients
| 8 kiwis | 5 apples |
| 5 pears | A punnet of strawberries |
| 2 bananas | 2 litres orange juice |
Method
Put all the fruit through a juicer and top up with orange juice to taste.
